About the Role
We are looking for an Oracle Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong functional expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud, Supply Chain processes, and the Oracle GTM (Global Trade Management) module. Experience with Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes (AP, AR, G/L, Cash Management, Order Management, Inventory) is highly desirable. As part of our team, you will play a key role in defining and supporting the integration of our ONESOURCE Global Trade Application with Oracle products. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating API mapping specifications, developing test plans, validating acceptance criteria, and producing documentation to ensure seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with customers, prospects, and Product Management to shape the future of ONESOURCE Global Trade Integration for Oracle.
• Conduct detailed analysis of Oracle GTM integrations to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
• Prepare functional documentation, integration specs, interface mapping rules, and supporting materials for development and support teams.
• Research and understand Oracle Fusion APIs.
• Validate features, support QA with test scripts and automation, and assist with end-user documentation.
• Configure Oracle application settings for relevant modules.
• Provide 2nd-level support and training to internal teams.
Essential Functions
• Partner with Product Development, Professional Services, Customer Advocacy, and Oracle via the Partner Program.
• Gather, define, and document Oracle business requirements.
• Work closely with developers, other BSA’s, and QA testers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in customer calls and meetings to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Support product rollouts and implementations as a domain expert.
• Provide business and data integration expertise to customers, partners, and internal teams.
Desired Experience
• 3–6 years of functional experience in Oracle modules (Supply Chain Management and GTM).
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud (Fusion).
• Strong analytical, design, and documentation skills.
• Exposure to financial processes across quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay functions.
• Experience with Oracle modules AP, AR, G/L, Order Management, and Purchasing.
• Previous work with Oracle R12 EBS and ONESOURCE Global Trade is a plus.
• Background in software companies strongly preferred.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer-facing experience.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle development (Foundation, SQL*Plus, System Administration) is a plus.
• Experience with APIs (SOAP, REST) and tools such as SoapUI and Postman is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
